It all starts with an idea & in most cases an email! Either you would like to order a painting as a gift for someone (ie: to welcome a new baby) or you would like to get a painting done for yourself (ie: to add to your baby's nursery decor). In either case, I can work with your ideas or provide you with an idea or 2 to choose from and provide sketches of the idea if preferred. I mostly focus on artwork for children - but am open to other requests as well!!

Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions...
Q: What are your canvas sizes?
A: The standard canvas sizes I offer are:
8" x 10" canvas panel for you to frame for $50 + shipping
12" x 12" canvas painting for $90 + shipping
10" x 20" canvas painting for $120 + shipping
I can work with other canvas sizes and will quote upon request. The above canvas are 1.5" thick (with the exception of the 8" x 10" panel) and are ready to hang. Shipping rates range based on size and distance. Pick up & delivery options are available - this can be discussed during our initial communication.
Q: How long does a custom order take?
A: My normal timeline for a custom painting is 2 weeks. If you have a deadline, please let me know and I will work my best to meet it. If production times are slower (ie: I'm busier!) I will advise you during our initial communication.
Q: I want to get my friend a custom painting for her new baby but not sure what she would like - do you offer gift certificates?
A: Yes, of course! Gift certificates are a great way to give the gift of custom artwork. To purchase a gift certificate, visit my shop to purchase. There is the option to select a gift certificate within each custom painting listing.
The certificate can even be mailed directly to the recipient if you like with a message from you included. The recipient will then email me to place their order at their convenience & choose whatever design they wish! When completed, the painting will be shipped directly to them.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: I accept Paypal & credit cards through my shop. If you prefer to pay with a cheque, that can be arranged.
Other details...
* with every order, free gift wrapping is included. I can also mail the gift painting directly to the recipient with a gift tag including your message. It couldn't be easier!
** when the custom order is complete, I can email you a picture of it prior to shipping if you like.
*** my paintings are actually paintings! no computer has touched the canvas! they are not prints - each painting is individual and unique.
**** my paintings are popular & memorable gifts! perfect for baby showers, birthdays, housewarmings, weddings, etc.
